size where available, but we know not
all marked sizes are the same. That's
why we do our best to measure each item
and identify that measurement as actual
size. The following photos identify how
we determine actual sizes so that you
can use it to determine if it will fit.

Shipping
General Shipping Information:
- We charge a flat rate for
shipping and handling within the
10 Canadian provinces and the 48
contiguous states of the
United States of America.
Additional shipping fees will
apply to the Canadian Territories
(Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut)
and US territories outside of
the mainland (Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, etc.). We will
notify you of the additional
charges and await your approval
and payment before
shipping. International
shipping charges

- Shipping prices are
expressed in CAD dollars.
- Please allow 48-72 hours for
order processing - fraud
prevention and packaging. (Note:
Shipping does not include

- If an item is NOT in stock,

UNITED STATES of AMERICA
- Packages to the United
States
are shipped via Canada Post.
- If STANDARD
shipping is chosen, we will ship
via Canada Post, Ground or
Airmail. We reserve the
right to ship in the method of
our choice, choosing a method
which is most effective and/or
expedient. Normal shipping
times vary between 3-12 business
days, however, there is no
guarantee and can range up to 30
business days.
- If TRACKING
shipping is chosen, we will ship
via Canada Post Expedited which
includes tracking. Normal
shipping times vary between 3-12
business days, however, there is
no guarantee and can range up to
30 business days.
- If XPRESSPOST
shipping is chosen, we will ship
via Canada Post Xpresspost which
includes tracking. We guarantee
a 7 business day (day of
shipping is not included)

areas. We will notify you if
your zip code does not apply to
this guarantee. If your order
does not arrive in the time
frame, we will refund you the
shipping fees.

items held up in customs for

- Sorry but, we cannot ship to
all countries.
For any items not accepted at delivery,
you are responsible for the original
shipping costs to you, any duties,
taxes and/or customs charges that
are incurred on the package, and the
cost of returning the package to us,
plus a 15% restocking fee.
For wholesale lots, refused
shipments will also incur a
restocking fee of 20%. Additionally,
refused wholesale lots which offered
FREE SHIPPING will be subject to a
shipping fee of another 40% (as we
will be forced to pay both the
initial shipping and the return
shipping.)
Returns
We are dedicated to your
satisfaction!
If for any reason you are not
satisfied with your purchase, you
can return it for a full refund
(less shipping/handling costs)
within 10 days - with a few
exceptions.
We regret
that, due to legal restrictions for
reasons of hygiene, AND the custom
manufacture of some swimwear - intimates,
swimsuits, swim wear accessories, accessories and jewelry cannot be returned or
exchanged.
As we offer low off-prices
already, items which include a
discount are FINAL SALES. No
exchanges or returns are allowed on
ANY discounted items including
wholesale lots.
- Please e-mail us for
authorization at
returns@clothesandthings.com. For
efficient return processing, we
issue a RMA number. This number
must be labeled on the outer
return package. If returns are
made without an RMA number, they
either will not be processed or will take
much longer to process.
- Items must be in their
original state with the tags
intact & have no odors (smoke,
perfume, etc).
- Items should be in their
original packaging.
- The buyer is responsible for
all shipping costs - both the
original shipment and the return
shipment.
- For your protection, it is
strongly recommended that return
shipping include tracking and
insurance. We cannot be held
responsible for returned
packages which get lost in
transit.
- A refund will be issued once
the item is received.
